Facial Tissue

Facial Tissue Paper is a very common daily necessities, widely used in homes, offices and other occasions. The following will introduce the production process of facial Tissue Paper.
1. Raw material preparation
The main raw materials for making facial tissue are wood pulp, recycled pulp, water and softener. Wood pulp is cellulose extracted from trees, while recycled pulp is made from waste paper that has been processed. When making facial tissue, two pulps are usually mixed for better quality.

2. Pulp Preparation
Mix the wood pulp and recycled pulp in the raw materials together, add an appropriate amount of water, and add softeners and other auxiliary agents to mix well. Then the mixed raw materials are screened through a sieve machine to remove impurities and short-fiber wood chips.

3. Molding
The screened pulp is shaped by a forming machine. The forming machine sprays the pulp evenly on a rotating mesh belt, and then compacts the pulp by pressing rollers. During this process, the mesh belt will move forward slowly, and the pulp will be driven along with it, finally forming sheets of paper.

4. Calendering

The surface of the formed paper is not smooth and needs to be calendered to achieve better quality. The calender flattens the paper to give it a smoother surface.

The calendered paper needs to be cut to size. This step requires cutting with a paper cutter. The paper cutter will cut the paper according to the preset size to get the final facial tissue product.

6. Packaging
The cut facial tissues need to be packaged. Generally speaking, facial tissue will be packaged into a small package for one-time use, so that it is more convenient to carry and use. During the packaging process, facial tissues need to be disinfected and dedusted to ensure product quality.

7. Quality inspection
During the production process, facial tissues need to undergo strict quality inspection. Quality inspection mainly includes appearance inspection, strength inspection, water absorption inspection and other aspects. Only facial tissues that have passed the quality inspection can be sold on the market.

To sum up, the production process of Thick Tissue Paper mainly includes multiple links such as raw material preparation, pulp preparation, molding, calendering, cutting, packaging and quality inspection. Only through strict production process and quality inspection can we produce high-quality facial tissue products.
